There is no coupon book
Palm Coast does not hand you a Welcome Wagon packet of 40 restaurant 10-percents. Chamber membership is for businesses. Destination-guide coupons expire. We will not invent them.

New-resident offers
Resident pool rates, a free library card, homestead, a city expo — and the few local welcome offers we can name. Not a fake coupon book.
I looked. There is no current Flagler coupon pack sitting on a Welcome Wagon clipboard. What exists is cheaper if you can prove you live here, plus a free city expo, plus whatever a local business will put in writing.

Parks, the pool, county pavilions, the library. Homestead is the large print. Bring a utility bill. A 32137 ZIP is not a residency card.
We list a local welcome offer when a business will stand behind it. Founding Partners and directory listings can add one. If it isn’t here, we could not verify it this week.

Flagler Property Appraiser
The real welcome check
File once you occupy as your primary home. March 1 is the deadline that matters. A September closing usually means a year at the full millage. This is not a coupon. It is the largest new-resident discount in the county.
Flagler Property AppraiserCity of Palm Coast
Resident vs non-resident
Since March 2026 the city charges two prices. Frieda Zamba pool monthly pass: $25 adult / $20 senior if you live inside city limits and pay city taxes; $35 / $30 if you don’t. Pavilion rentals run about $15 less for residents. A Palm Coast mailing address is not enough — the Hammock and Palm Coast Plantation are unincorporated.

Drop-in expo for people who just got here: city and county desks, homestead, voter registration, civic groups. Thursday, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Flagler County Nexus Center, 2199 Commerce Parkway, Bunnell. They rotate Community Center and Nexus. No ticket.

Pavilions, campgrounds
County parks (not city) also split resident / non-resident. Pavilions have been in the $30 vs $50 neighborhood. Bull Creek camping and Princess Place have their own sheet. Ask which ID they want — city limits and county residency are different conversations.

Resident senior camping
Florida residents 62 and older get a substantial camping discount at many state parks once you can prove residency. Washington Oaks is the Flagler one people actually use. Confirm at the gate; the percentage is a state rule, not a Palm Coast coupon.

Thin on purpose. If a shop will honor a new-resident deal, it belongs here. We do not scrape expired tourist-book coupons.

Free wind-mitigation look
New residents who inherited someone else’s roof: a free inspection aimed at the credits that actually show up on an insurance page. Coastal roofs, hurricane straps, honest after a storm year. Ask them — don’t assume the Facebook group photo is the same offer.

Founding Partners and directory listings can put a real welcome on this page — a free inspection, a first-visit special, a waived setup fee. We will say so in English, with the fine print.

New-resident special, waived fee, first-visit rate. We will check it. We will not publish a percent-off we cannot call.
