Privacy policy
Effective September 11, 2026. Palm Coast, Florida.
PalmCoast.Life is a small local guide, not a data company. This page says what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
PalmCoast.Life is an independent local guide published in Palm Coast, Florida by Mack and Glenda McCarty. We are not the City of Palm Coast, not a brokerage, and not a New York media company. Questions about this policy: call 386-800-1877 or use the About page.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us, or what the site needs to run:
- Forms. Name, email, phone, and the note you type — Welcome Kit, newsletter, Find a Pro, advertising inquiries, and home-listing questions. Those land in Site studio so we can reply.
- Newsletter. Email only, if you subscribe. You can stop anytime by writing us.
- Studio accounts. If you edit the site, we store the login you use to sign in.
- On your device. The Welcome Kit and newsletter forms may remember that you already submitted, in your browser. That stays on your computer.
We do not run a third-party advertising pixel. We do not sell lists.
How we use it
To send the Welcome Kit, the weekly letter if you asked for it, and to answer the question you typed. Advertising inquiries go to the people who sell listings. Home inquiries are forwarded in the spirit you wrote them — we are not a broker and we do not farm leads to the highest bidder.
What else touches the site
Weather comes from the National Weather Service. Featured homes may be assembled from public listing data. Local headlines link out to FlaglerLive and AskFlagler — we do not reprint their stories. If you click those links, their privacy policies apply.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share what you submitted with a licensed local professional when you asked us to (a Find a Pro request, a home question). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in the studio inbox so we can do the work you asked for. We delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your email from the newsletter and the inbox.
Your choices
Email or call and we will correct or delete what we have on you, or take you off the letter. Florida residents can also ask what categories of personal information we have collected. For this site, that is the list above.
Children
PalmCoast.Life is written for adults relocating or living here. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will date the new version at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of the update.
