Palm Harbor

Where Palm Coast began — the first streets, the first pioneers, and saltwater canals.

Palm Coast’s first residents moved onto Casper Drive in the C Section in 1972. Today it’s still the heart of Palm Harbor: saltwater canals that connect toward the Intracoastal, mature landscaping, and a mix of original homes and custom waterfront rebuilds. If you want a boat in the backyard without a barrier-island price tag, this is the first map you study.

Historic, water-oriented, and close to the coast.
