Florida Power & Light (FPL) is the electric utility. Water, sewer, and trash are typically through the City of Palm Coast if you’re inside city limits — set them up with your closing documents, not after the truck arrives. Some gated communities bill through the association.

Spectrum and a handful of fiber builds cover most sections; availability is street-specific. Order two weeks out. The original ITT grid was not designed for everyone’s Zoom call at 9 a.m., but it has caught up in most tracts.
Florida ID & vehicles
You generally have 30 days after becoming a resident to get a Florida driver license and register vehicles. Bring your out-of-state license, proof of residence, and VIN. Flagler’s tax collector handles plates; book a slot rather than walking in on a Monday.
