Flagler Beach is the everyday ocean: free parking, a pier, cinnamon sand, and a downtown that still fits in a pair of sandals. There are no high-rises. That is the whole brand, and it is holding.
Washington Oaks is the one with the coquina rock shelf — a rare Atlantic shoreline that photographs like another state. Go at mid-tide. The formal gardens on the river side are the second half of the visit.
Gamble Rogers gives you a state-park beach and an Intracoastal side in one stop. The Hammock is the resort-adjacent stretch, prettier and quieter, with less of a town attached. You don’t have to pick a favorite. You do have to leave the house.
